I specialize in exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition, and human physiology, with expertise in human performance, rehabilitation, biomechanics, corporate wellness, and more. My skills include assessing movement patterns, designing evidence-based exercise programs, and optimizing health outcomes for individuals in clinical, athletic, and corporate settings.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, I have taught exercise physiology, biomechanics, and movement analysis, developing instructional materials and guiding students through complex physiological concepts.
